1. Definitions<\/span><\/h1>

Unless stated otherwise, the following terms have these meanings:<\/span><\/p>

(a) \u201cPlatform\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means the website\u00a0www.usedsparepart.com<\/a>\u00a0and the related mobile applications.<\/span><\/p>

(b) \u201cCompany\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means Used Spare Part Trading LLC (or replace with your registered entity), operating the Platform in the UAE.<\/span><\/p>

(c) \u201cSeller\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means any registered individual or business listing, offering, or selling products through the Platform.<\/span><\/p>

(d) \u201cProducts\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means used, refurbished, or new automotive spare parts listed by Sellers on the Platform.<\/span><\/p>

(e) \u201cCustomer\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means the end buyer purchasing Products from the Seller through the Platform.<\/span><\/p>

(f) \u201cDefective Products\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means products that are damaged, unfit for use, counterfeit, mislabeled, or not as described by the Seller.<\/span><\/p>

(g) \u201cCounterfeit Products\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means items falsely branded, copied, or misrepresented as genuine manufacturer parts.<\/span><\/p>

(h) \u201cFees\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means commissions, service fees, payment processing fees and any other charges applicable to sellers under the Platform\u2019s policies.<\/span><\/p>

(i) \u201cSeller Account\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means the account created by the Seller to upload products and manage orders.<\/span><\/p>

(j) \u201cPersonal Data\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means customer or seller information such as name, phone number, address, etc.<\/span><\/p>

(k) \u201cRequired Documents\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means Emirates ID (for individuals), trade license (for companies), bank details, and any documents the Company requests to verify legal eligibility.<\/span><\/p>

(l) \u201cNet Sales Proceeds\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means the amount payable to the Seller after deducting commissions and fees.<\/span><\/p>

(m) \u201cApplicable Laws\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means UAE laws relating to e-commerce, consumer protection, taxation, and commercial trading.<\/span><\/p>

(n) \u201cYour Materials\u201d<\/span>\u00a0means descriptions, photos, intellectual property, or trademarks uploaded by you to the Platform.<\/span><\/p>

1.2 Interpretation<\/span><\/p>

(a) Words such as \u201cincluding\u201d, \u201csuch as\u201d, or similar terms are illustrative and not limiting.
(b) \u201cWriting\u201d includes email and electronic communication through the Platform.<\/span><\/p>
